Daily, I create and administer content across all social media platforms as well as print, email, and campaign marketing to build an audience and ensure customer engagement. I develop and implement a marketing and digital strategy to increase the company’s online presence and improve customer relations all while maintaining and growing a loyal community. Additionally, I curate user-generated content to foster authentic engagement and brand advocacy.
